Living at the Phoenix Apartments is wonderful to live in every since they change management it seems better now especially with the employees that work there, they are wonderful, but let me tell you about Emily, though I always deal with her and I never never I tell you never have a problem. Always have a smile and ready to help you. She is so easy to talk to, it’s like talking to my sister. She have a nice spirit. They all do.
